My 4th and 5th finger need to lift weights

At some point during your music Journey, you will learn or have learned that your ring and pinky fingers aren't as strong as the other fingers. The thumb, pointer, and middle fingers are usually the "all-stars" of your hand. For example, simple tasks such as holding a pencil, turning a door knob, and pressing buttons on your smartphone are usually reserved for the 1st three fingers. However, as a piano player, you need all five fingers on each hand to work together as a team. Below are two exercises that I use to strengthen my fourth and fifth fingers. In addition it serves as a great warm up prior to practicing or performing a piece.
